What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop culturally respectful, neurodiversity-affirming, and person-centered treatment plans
- Provide direct 1:1 care and support through caregiver-mediated and caregiver-led models
- Conduct social skills groups and individualized self-monitoring programs
- Collaborate with Student Analysts to ensure optimal client outcomes
- Maintain focused caseloads to deliver high-quality, person-centered treatment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum of 3+ years of BCBA experience across diverse settings (home, school, community)
- California LiveScan and mandated reporter training
- Degree verification and resume submission
- NPI and CAQH attestation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in caregiver training and coaching using Behavior Skills Training (BST)
- Experience with various ages and assessment tools
- Familiarity with Catalight, BHPN, or Kaiser systems
- Strong time management and follow-through skills
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and team-minded approach
