What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and behaviors
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client progress
- Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
- Must be willing to obtain a NJ LBA
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or special education needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with families and professionals
