      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate medical records for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to determine medical appropriateness
      - Conduct second-level reviews and engage in peer-to-peer discussions with providers
      - Apply clinical guidelines and payer policies for effective utilization management
      - Communicate determinations clearly and professionally to stakeholders
      - Maintain confidentiality of medical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current, active, unrestricted Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification
      - Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis
      - 3+ years of recent clinical experience in the behavior analysis field
      - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
      - Medical record abstracting skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Reside in Arkansas
      - Experience with State Medicaid program(s)
      - 1+ years of experience in Utilization Management/Utilization Review/Prior Authorization
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
      - Proficiency with computers and MS Office products, including Microsoft Teams
