What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in both home and community settings
- Supervise and train RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate implementation of treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to provide a well-rounded approach to care
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform ongoing treatment decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BCBA Certification required
- LBA certification in Utah
- Previous experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Assistant Analyst is a plus
