      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently conduct regular home visits for assigned caseload to provide individualized parent education and supervise program implementation
      - Monitor and ensure the completion of necessary documentation, including treatment plans and progress reports
      - Provide clinical support and training to a team of Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists
      - Maintain regular communication with Human Resources and the Regional Director regarding administrative concerns
      - Stay updated on new research and developments related to autism and special education

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in psychology, childhood development, special education, or a related field
      - BCBA Credential Required
      - Minimum of two years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
      - Proven experience managing a full ABA caseload
      - Ability to travel and work in multiple program service areas with reliable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual ability preferred
      - Knowledge of community resources and agencies serving children with developmental disabilities
      - Familiarity with methodologies beneficial to children with autism, such as ABA and TEACCH
      - Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team setting
      - Strong judgment and decision-making skills
