      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and supervise the provision of evidence-based mental health services for children with autism spectrum disorders
      - Conduct regular sessions through various modalities, including virtual sessions and virtual reality
      - Monitor the completion of necessary documentation and treatment plans for assigned caseload
      - Provide clinical support and training to Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists
      - Maintain communication with Human Resources and the Regional Director regarding administrative concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in psychology, childhood development, special education, or related field
      - BCBA Credential required
      - Two years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multi-disciplinary team setting
      - Knowledge of ABA methodologies and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
      - Ability to travel and work in multiple program service areas; reliable transportation needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual ability preferred
      - Proven successful experience with a full ABA caseload
      - Knowledgeable of community resources and agencies serving children with developmental disabilities
      - Experience working with a diverse population
