What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently conduct regular sessions using various modalities, including virtual reality, for an assigned caseload
- Supervise the implementation of evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism spectrum disorders
- Provide individualized parent education and in-field training to direct reports
- Monitor documentation and maintain accurate records for treatment plans, progress reports, and billing
- Evaluate and communicate clinical performance of supervisees to ensure quality standards are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, childhood development, special education, or a related field
- BCBA credential required
- Minimum of two years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multi-disciplinary team setting
- Knowledge of ABA methodologies and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; bilingual ability preferred

- Proven successful experience managing a full ABA caseload
- Familiarity with community resources and agencies that serve children with developmental disabilities
