      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and supervise evidence-based mental health services for children with autism spectrum disorders
      - Conduct regular sessions using various modalities, including virtual reality, for assigned caseload
      - Provide individualized parent education and in-field training to direct reports
      - Complete necessary documentation including treatment plans, progress reports, and behavioral support plans
      - Monitor daily service appointments and ensure compliance with documentation standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in psychology, childhood development, special education, pediatric therapy, or related field
      - BCBA Credential required
      - Two years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multi-disciplinary team setting
      - Knowledge of ABA methodologies and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
      - Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; bilingual ability preferred

      - Proven successful experiences managing a full ABA caseload
      - Knowledge of community resources and agencies that serve children
      - Sensitivity to working with a diverse population
      - Reliable transportation and proof of valid driver's license and insurance
      - Experience with the School Continuum of Services
