      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and supervise the provision of evidence-based mental health services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities
      - Conduct regular sessions for assigned caseload, providing individualized parent education and supervising program implementation
      - Monitor documentation completion and maintain up-to-date records for all clinical activities
      - Provide clinical support and training to a team of Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists
      - Ensure compliance with billing goals and maintain communication with Human Resources regarding administrative concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in psychology, childhood development, special education, pediatric therapy, or a related field
      - BCBA Credential required
      - Minimum of two years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multi-disciplinary team setting
      - Knowledge of methodologies beneficial for children with autism, including ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT
      - Ability to travel to multiple program service areas with reliable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual ability preferred
      - Experience managing a full ABA caseload
      - Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and community resources for children
      - Sensitivity to working with diverse populations
      - Proven good judgment and decision-making skills
