What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement teaching programs based on Individual Support Plans
- Ensure compliance with treatment plans and professional standards
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians
- Conduct assessments, parent training, and coordination of care
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and reliable Internet connection for remote work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to become actively licensed as an LBA in Virginia
- 1 year of experience in applied behavior analysis and autism intervention
- Willingness to travel locally at least once a month for in-person meetings
- Excellent team working, conflict resolution, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing remote clinical assessments, supervision, and parent training
- Familiarity with in-home services and diverse clientele
- Strong organization, time management, and self-monitoring skills
