What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate treatment and implement outreach services for clients in the Autism Services Program
- Maintain organization and effective time management in a fast-paced environment
- Provide ongoing assessment and analysis of client behavior and progress
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
- Participate in professional development and training activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current resident of North Carolina
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or a related Human Services discipline
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of North Carolina
- Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training

- Experience in working with individuals on the autism spectrum
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with various behavioral analysis methodologies
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and client needs
