      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs
      - Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
      - Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's needs
      - Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and emerging needs
      - Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies at home

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
      - Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
      - Must have reliable transportation
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and infrequent lifting up to 50 pounds
      - Strong language and reasoning skills to effectively communicate and solve problems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention
      - Knowledge of CPT codes and payer rules/regulations
      - Familiarity with crisis management procedures and techniques
