What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities across various sectors
- Build and maintain a comprehensive CRM database of prospects and track event trends
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client inquiries and manage client interactions throughout the sales cycle
- Support the Booking Manager in executing agreements and organizing essential speaker materials
- Establish measurable quarterly goals and provide regular progress updates through reports and dashboards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the speakers bureau, corporate events, MICE, or live entertainment industries
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed measurable sales, revenue, or engagement targets
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive knowledge of trends and best practices in the live events and corporate meetings industries
- Experience with keynote speaker bookings and established networks of meeting and event planners
- Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools such as Salesforce dashboards or Monday.com
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace tools
