      We are looking for a talented bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team, located in Tel-Aviv. This role will report to the Senior Bookkeeper and will be an important team member and contributor to the financial reporting process.

      Main responsibilities:

      • Processing vendor invoices in a multi-currencies ERP system including payments to vendors.
      • Reconciling bank and credit card transactions.
      • Travel reports and employee reimbursements management.
      • Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis.
      • Support month, quarter, and year-end closing procedures.
      • Assisting team members to prepare the materials for annual audits.
      • Ad-hoc tasks as required.

      Requirements

      • Certified Bookkeeper (level 2-3).
      • Proven working experience (minimum 3 years) as a bookkeeper.
      • Experience with NetSuite (a must).
      • Detail-oriented, self-directed and able to effectively complete tasks independently.
      • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and able to work directly with other functions in the organization (globally).
      • Devoted and highly committed.
      • English – high level.
      • High Excel and other Office skills.
