What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer all aspects of the Community-based Perinatal Health Initiative grant
- Assist with workgroup meetings, project implementation, and related duties
- Ensure data collection measures are in place and project requirements are met
- Participate in HRSA-required activities, outreach, calls, and meetings
- Serve as a key contact to OASH grant officials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must have the ability to set up a home office and meet telecommuting expectations
- One (1) or more years of experience in a healthcare setting or working with non-profit organizations preferred
- Experience working with non-profit organizations in Southeast Missouri preferred
- Associate's degree in a related field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in grant administration or community health initiatives
- Familiarity with telecommuting and remote work best practices
- Knowledge of perinatal health systems and care coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
