- Providing high quality, professional and highly efficient PA and administrative support at senior management and or director level including diary management
- Meeting support: Preparing agendas, papers and reports, taking accurate minutes and action notes.
- Experience of working in a complex, multidisciplinary environment and working to tight deadlines.
- Experience in an ICB or other NHS organisation
- General office administration including ordering stationery, photocopying and creation of purchase orders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage own workload achieving deadlines set, seeking guidance as required
- Confident with highly effective inter-personal skills

Job summary
The Greenwich business support team is seeking a band 5 business support officer to work in a small team providing governance and business support to the ICBs operations within the borough. Key responsibilities of this role will include provision of administration support to meetings - including arranging venues, co-ordinating the collation and circulation of meeting papers and agendas to committee members, and taking meeting minutes - together with diary management, provision of business support to senior directors and general office support.
