You will support our client socially, getting her out into the community and provide companionship. Key responsibilities include delivering personalized support, assisting with daily living activities, social interaction and accessing the community, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate records of care provided, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
