Championing the master brand strategy to foster differentiation and relevance through a consistent and unified brand experience across the enterprise
Drive brand cohesion and customer clarity through the development of architecture and naming systems, customer value propositions, positioning, and messaging strategies
Partner with SDI and Technology to integrate the enterprise brand strategy into key business initiatives
Monitor performance metrics to gain a comprehensive understanding of how brand strategy impacts overall business performance
Leverage brand measurement methodologies to inform strategic decision-making across products, services, and customer experiences
Drive innovation and adoption of AI tools across the brand strategy team
5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience applying visual and verbal identity standards across all customer touch points
Experience translating brand strategy into actionable business and customer strategies
Experience consulting and influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers
Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
Experience managing a marketing governance program for an enterprise or Line of Business
Experience leveraging digital tools to maintain uniform messaging across all touch points

About this role:
Reporting to the head of Brand Activation, this individual contributor role will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Marketing and Business leaders across the Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI) and Technology teams. The position plays a key role in bringing the Wells Fargo primary brand strategy to life by integrating it into business initiatives and customer experiences. This includes delivering brand architecture and naming solutions, developing value propositions, and crafting positioning and messaging strategies. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC; New York, NY, or San Francisco, CA and offers a hybrid work schedule. The Wells Fargo job profile is Lead Marketing Consultant.
