      Brand & Engagement Manager – Salary - National: Circa £48,000 and London: Circa £55,000

      An exciting new hire in the Brand & Corporate Affairs division, to support on shaping and embedding our new Brand Management & Engagement model across the business.

      A bit about the job:

      Sitting within the Brand Management and Engagement team the role will support on ensuring we have consistent, flawless and useable brand guidelines, tools, training and assets, along with running an efficient and effective governance process which supports, inspires and engages the organisation.

      Additionally, the successful candidate will play an important role in rolling out our engagement strategy to ensure the whole organisation is supported on their needs from us as a Group Brand team and informed, energised and inspired by what they see.

      Experience in a Brand Management capacity is essential, as is a natural ability for detail and organisation, married with a keen creative eye and the ability to convey complex information in an engaging and inspiring way.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • An understanding of a Brand Management or Engagement role, ideally within a large matrix organisation.

      • Confidence in liaising with and supporting other members of a team, with the ability to clearly articulate key information and needs to a variety of stakeholders.

      • A passion for collaborating and engaging with others both in a team and across the whole organisation through events, forums, workshops, and learning opportunities.

      • A desire for learning and development to progress in their own career.

      • Comfortable with change, with the ability to work successfully in a fast paced and complex environment.

      • Salary National: Circa £48,000 and London: Circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
