  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Write and edit short- and long-form marketing copy for various platforms, including web, social media, and video scripts
  - Develop campaign messaging frameworks, headlines, and supporting copy in collaboration with design and marketing teams
  - Optimize copy based on performance data and A/B testing insights
  - Maintain and evolve the company's brand voice, tone, and copy guidelines
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact marketing campaigns
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 4-5 years of experience writing brand and marketing copy in fast-paced environments
  - Strong portfolio showcasing campaign and performance-aware copy across multiple channels
  - Proven ability to create both storytelling-driven and conversion-focused content
  - Experience collaborating closely with designers and cross-functional partners
  - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Creative Writing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with SEO, conversion principles, and A/B testing
  - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  - Experience in the digital media or e-commerce industry
  - Demonstrated ability to adapt brand voice across various marketing channels
