      Job Description

      Role Objective:

      We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand & Marketing leaser to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and implement multiple business tactics and strategies to effectively support commercialization, profit margin, and business plan objectives for our brand across Europe & Canada (EUCAN), including both OBU and non-OBU countries. This role involves operationalizing the marketing and brand plan, financial management, project management, and budget administration.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Strategic Implementation: Manage and implement business tactics and strategies to support commercialization, profit margin, and business plan objectives for the brand across EUCAN.
      • Collaboration: Support the EUCAN OBU Marketing Head in fostering collaboration among the global cross-functional team and Local Operating Companies (LOCs) to achieve efficient and effective operational execution of the Global Brand Strategy.
      • Initiative Execution: Lead the implementation and execution of key initiatives and tactics under the "One Global Brand Strategy" for the product within EUCAN countries.
      • Promotional Activities: Develop, execute, and coordinate promotional activities and marketing projects, including strategic market research.
      • Cross-Functional Management: Manage and implement cross-functional workstream tasks, ensuring alignment and coordination across all functional levels.
      • Financial Management: Administer the budget, analyze financial performance, and prepare periodic reports.
      • Project Planning: Create project plans, capture progress updates from team members, and visualize project progress.
      • Feedback and Monitoring: Monitor progress and provide feedback according to strategy, plan, benefit delivery, and budget.
      • Preparation and Coordination: Provide preparation and coordination support for local cross-functional and international deliverables such as Brand Tactics, Market Research, Patient Flow Models, Competitive Intelligence, Webinars, and business analytics.

      Key Knowledge and Experience:

      • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a commercial environment, especially in oncology marketing at a country level.
      • Experience in Launching a brand
      • MCO and/or regional/global experience is an asset.
      • Master’s degree in business administration or science is preferred.
      • Experience in pioneering, defining, and launching new marketing programs, including budget management.
      • Ability and willingness to travel.

      • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Flexible and fast worker, able to maintain direction in a constantly changing environment.
      • Extensive cross-cultural skills to effectively operate in a multi-cultural environment.
      • Team player with good business acumen.
      • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
      • Practical business sense with intellectual sharpness and a quick grasp of numbers.
      • Continuous improvement mindset for personal work efficiency and system/process optimization.
