What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new relationships with brokers and brokerage firms through targeted outreach campaigns
- Qualify all incoming consultant and broker inquiries from web and marketing leads
- Source new leads using online research and broker prospecting tools
- Set up strategic alignment meetings for the consultant and broker relations team
- Log lead, contact, account, and qualification data in Salesforce.com and report weekly metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in sales/marketing within TPA and/or Benefit Administration
- Demonstrated history of exceeding performance goals and quotas
- Experience with enterprise products/services and value-based selling methodologies
- Proficiency in using Salesforce.com, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong understanding of target consulting and brokerage firms and their business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Benefitflow and/or MPLOYER
- Internet and research savvy, particularly with LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous qualification and sales processes
