      We are seeking a Broker to join our growing team in Stockton, CA.

      As a Broker you will play a key role in providing exceptional insurance solutions tailored to individual clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing client needs, recommending appropriate insurance products, and facilitating the acquisition of coverage. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive personalized service and support throughout the policy lifecycle.

      Salary range $80,000 to $250,000.

      How You Will Contribute

      • New Business Quotes, Revisions, Follow-up

      • New Business Marketing

      • Agent inquiries/policy/quote questions

      • Carrier inquiries/policy/quote questions

      • Develop and Execute Commercial Lines Plans

      • Renewals of Commercial Lines

      • Perform other duties as assigned

      Skills & Experience to Be Successful

      • High School Diploma or GED

      • Exceptional telephone demeanor

      • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

      • 3 or more years of experience in a similar position

      • Insurance license

      • This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position.

      • Experience with commercial insurance (Preferred)

      Pay Range

      80000 - 250000 Annual

      The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
