- Monitor processing of mutual fund trades and mitigate market exposure.
- Secure price protection from Fund intermediaries through phone, fax, web portal or letter of indemnity.
- Respond to inquiries regarding trade status or to initiate trade corrections.
- Build and maintain a high quality and professional working relationship with broker-dealers, mutual fund companies, financial intermediaries, and internal business units.
- Perform reconciliation of omnibus mutual fund positions and subaccount transactions.
- Identify and resolve pre-settlement discrepancies resulting from rights of accumulation adjustments.
- Create and deliver reports on rejected or manually processed trades and corrective actions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree required, focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Brokerage Platforms (Refinitive, Phase 3, Broadridge) a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel – PivotTables and Formulas required.

As a member of Trade Operations, the Brokerage Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate execution of mutual fund transactions. This position will require research, analysis, and response to a variety of situations and making critical decisions in a time constrained environment.
