- Shaping Brooklyn's global identity, clarify brand architecture, and establishing comprehensive range guidelines.
- Spearheading the development and execution of innovative, integrated communication campaigns for Brooklyn.
- Delivering a cohesive Visual Identity System to ensure brand consistency and impactful off-pack execution.
- Driving the planning and execution of the innovation pipeline for 2026-2028.
- Overseeing the rollout of Brooklyn’s core portfolio in key markets, ensuring smooth supply chain implementation.
- Codifying and implementing winning Brand, Pack, Price, and Channel formulas across markets.
- Inspiring and align the organization with Brooklyn’s new vision to achieve ambitious business objectives.
- Collaborating with lead markets to craft a compelling global positioning for Grimbergen.
- Creating and adapting integrated communication campaigns, enriching assets for diverse markets.
- Implementing a new Visual Identity System for Grimbergen.
- Leading the Grimbergen Brewery project, including public relations and partnerships with Grimbergen Abbey Brewery.
- Working closely with the French market to meet 2025 business targets and performance commitments.
- Maintaining readiness to identify and propose boost opportunities to capture incremental growth throughout the year.
- Acting as an inspiring leader, ensuring your team plays a proactive, impactful role in the global marketing community. Foster collaboration, high performance, and professional development within your team.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in global brand management, preferably within the beer or FMCG industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Proven track record in managing brand positioning, innovation pipelines, and integrated communication campaigns.
- Experience in working with multiple markets and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver complex projects on time.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Effective leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
