      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and evaluate compliance risks, recommending updates to policies and procedures related to BSA, AML, and OFAC
      - Monitor, analyze, and identify risks and controls related to BSA and AML programs
      - Develop and execute methodologies for assessing BSA-related risks and conducting internal control testing
      - Provide ongoing support to the department manager and participate in BSA assessments for new initiatives
      - Maintain and contribute to monthly BSA metrics and stay updated on industry regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Significant knowledge of BSA-related regulations and anti-money laundering policies
      - Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in BSA compliance, with at least 3 years in BSA risk monitoring
      - Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with good organizational abilities
      - Experience with Metavante, BIC reports, and Archer GRC

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with current BSA industry news and regulations
      - Ability to manage multiple assessments in a risk-based manner
      - Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy under pressure
