      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review alerts for new and existing customer and beneficial owner names against various regulatory lists, confirming matches via internal systems
      - Understand OFAC sanctions and identify "red flags" associated with BSA, FATCA, and UDAAP regulations
      - Communicate with branches to resolve exceptions identified during the review process
      - Document written communication to close alerts or note exceptions
      - Perform other duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in banking, BSA/AML compliance, or related fields
      - Working knowledge of audit review processes and procedures
      - Good understanding of BSA/AML compliance as it applies to OFAC
      - Basic knowledge of AML/BSA regulatory compliance processes and procedures
      - Strong research, verification, analytical, customer service, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in bank branch operations or other directly related experience
      - Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
