What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform quality assurance reviews of BSA Surveillance, Due Diligence, and OFAC/CTR processes
- Identify and report findings to ensure compliance with BSA/AML program
- Assist in preparing QA reports and executing special projects or reviews
- Provide recommendations to enhance BSA/AML policy and procedures
- Assist in preparing training sessions for BSA business units
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 7-9 years of banking experience with emphasis on BSA Compliance
- Sound knowledge of KYC, CIP, Anti-Money Laundering, and Bank Secrecy Act requirements
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team or independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Anti-Money Laundering Certified Associate (AMLCA) certification
