      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer the assigned department's budget and management reporting software, ensuring ongoing maintenance and staff training
      - Collaborate with IT, Accounting, Finance & Reimbursement, and Patient Financial Services to design solutions for technical problems
      - Coordinate the hospital’s annual budget process and manage input from internal staff into budget workbooks
      - Provide comprehensive financial and statistical analysis to support decision-making and produce detailed reports
      - Maintain and improve technical skills necessary for data manipulation and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Hospital Administration or related field
      - Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in data analysis, financial statement preparation, financial systems administration, and/or healthcare planning
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report writing
      - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with management, staff, and external customers
      - Ability to work well under high-stress conditions and make independent decisions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
      - Two (2) years of professional experience in a healthcare setting
