      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer the assigned department's budget and management reporting software, including system maintenance and staff training
      - Collaborate with IT, Accounting, Finance & Reimbursement, and Patient Financial Services to resolve technical issues
      - Assist in coordinating the hospital's annual budget process and manage input from internal staff
      - Provide financial and statistical analysis to produce reports that support decision-making
      - Maintain and design database structures for effective reporting and analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in data analysis, financial statement preparation, or healthcare planning
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report writing
      - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with management and staff
      - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
      - Two (2) years of professional experience in a healthcare setting
