      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer the budget and management reporting software for assigned departments, including ongoing maintenance and user training
      - Collaborate with Information Technology, Accounting, Finance & Reimbursement, and Patient Financial Services to address technical challenges
      - Assist in coordinating the hospital's annual budget process, managing input from internal staff and top-down information
      - Provide comprehensive financial and statistical analysis to produce reports that support decision-making
      - Maintain and enhance technical skills for data manipulation and report writing, particularly in Microsoft Excel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Hospital Administration, or related field
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data analysis, financial statement preparation, financial systems administration, or healthcare planning
      - Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
      - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with management, staff, and external customers
      - Proficiency in personal computers and advanced Excel skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
      - Two (2) years of professional experience in a healthcare setting
      - Demonstrated ability to work under high-stress conditions and meet deadlines
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Experience in report writing and database management
