      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer the assigned department's budget and management reporting software, ensuring ongoing system maintenance and training for staff
      - Collaborate with various departments, including IT and Finance, to design solutions for technical problems
      - Assist in coordinating the hospital’s annual budget process and manage budget input from staff
      - Provide thorough financial and statistical analysis to produce reports that support decision-making
      - Maintain and improve technical skills for data manipulation and report writing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Hospital Administration or related field
      - Two (2) years of experience in data analysis, financial statement preparation, or healthcare planning
      - Extensive knowledge of personal computers and Excel software
      - Good communication skills to effectively interact with management and staff
      - Ability to work well under high-stress conditions and make independent decisions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
      - Two (2) years of professional experience in a healthcare setting
      - Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain project timelines
      - Current knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
      - Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and correct deficiencies in processes
