      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and division budget to ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal policies
      - Review and approve personnel action forms for the division and maintain position control
      - Develop annual Inter Agency Service Agreement (ISA) contract requirements and monitor cash flow
      - Attend meetings with programs and present financial reports
      - Assist with the annual budget submission and perform other duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration
      - Knowledge of principles and practices of government finance and operations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software for business correspondence and comprehensive reports
      - Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts
      - Valid Arizona Driver’s License and consent for periodic driving record checks

      - Experience in government finance and operations
      - Strong skills in developing and conducting effective presentations
      - Background in interpreting and analyzing financial data
      - Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all business levels
      - Experience with personnel management and HRIS systems
