      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer the assigned departments' budget and management reporting software, including system maintenance and training
      - Collaborate with IT, Accounting, Finance, and Patient Financial Services to design solutions for technical issues
      - Assist with the coordination of the hospital's annual budget process and manage inputs from internal staff
      - Provide thorough financial and statistical analysis and develop independent reports for efficient business analysis
      - Identify and maintain data sources and database structures for reporting and analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Hospital Administration or related field
      - Two (2) years of experience in data analysis, financial statement preparation, or health care planning
      - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with management, staff, and external customers
      - Extensive knowledge of personal computers and advanced Excel software
      - Ability to work well under high stress conditions and make independent decisions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
      - Two (2) years of professional experience in a healthcare setting
      - Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and improve processes
      - Current knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
