      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer the assigned department's budget and management reporting software, including system maintenance and staff training
      - Collaborate with various departments to design solutions for technical problems
      - Assist in coordinating the hospital's annual budget process and manage input from internal staff
      - Provide thorough financial and statistical analysis to support decision-making and reporting
      - Maintain and improve technical skills for data manipulation and analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field
      - Two (2) years of experience in data analysis, financial statement preparation, or healthcare planning
      - Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report writing
      - Ability to work well under high-stress conditions and make independent decisions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
      - Two (2) years of professional experience in a healthcare setting
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with management and staff
      - Experience with database management and reporting systems
