What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage the agency's annual operating budget and federal grants
- Perform program evaluation, planning, and policy analysis
- Process complex requests for personnel actions in coordination with the Office of Human Resources
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and agency policies to support operations
- Write and develop policies and procedures for the department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in California at the time of appointment
- Experience with budget development and fiscal analysis
- Knowledge of human resources duties and processes
- Ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
