      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive new and repeat business with residential builders and B2B clients in assigned territory
      - Achieve top-line revenue goals and maintain strong customer relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, business, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
      - Ability to travel as required
      - Proven B2B relationship management and sales skills
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a self-starter attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the new construction or remodeling industry
      - Deep knowledge of the residential builder industry
      - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
      - Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new software systems
