Job Description

Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to track and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights that support day-to-day decision-making.
Support automation and reporting processes using Power Automate when applicable.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely data availability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data solutions meet business needs.
Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
+3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles.
Solid knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
Experience with Power Automate and ETL tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in BPO or startups is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).

We are looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about transforming data into insights using Power BI, be comfortable with SQL, and have experience working with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. Experience in BPO or startup environments will be considered a strong plus.
