- Working with Telstra India Property Team which includes ad-hoc support to general maintenance of the floor (ensuring things are kept tidy and no obstacles/impediments), OH&S as instructed by Telstra, managing/organizing the storage area, mail outs, procuring stationery orders and upkeep, and managing/ordering stock inventory.
- Aiding in the execution of the on-boarding program by managing and updating central repository, guiding People Leaders as necessary, setting up and facilitating induction sessions, distributing welcome e-mails, and making it a super, consistent experience for all incoming employees!
- Working with other members of the team in various projects to help support logistics, event management, ordering of catering, etc., as needed.
- Managing ad-hoc administrative duties, such as meeting room management, maintaining staff lists and distributing communications as needed.
- Establish new ways of working and/or finds tangible solutions to problems.
- Help in planning, organising, and executing events. Liaison with different functions/units/leaders/people and being tasks/events/ideas to life.
- Has an appreciation for keeping things organized, whether it be through online (document control, digital filing) or offline in our offices (maintaining storeroom, mail outs, stationery procurement and upkeep, and stock inventory).
- Is passionate about supporting Belong’s employee experience and culture, considering all aspects of the employee experience from on-boarding our new staff members right through to staff management documentation (distribution lists maintenance, assisting with spreadsheet tracking for records, maintaining invites and sending out communications as needed).
- Is patient with busy executives/people leaders and forthcoming with suggestions on what can be done better, challenge the norm and approaches solutions with an open mind – to help all of us to work smarter, not harder.
- Is a real go-getter, has a hands-on approach and works autonomously: no task is too small for you to fix.

- Extensive experience in Office 365 suite tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Extensive experience in business administration or related industry.
- Exposure or willing to learn operational based activities in maintaining an office.
- Exposure or willing to learn how to use Atlassian Tool Suite: Confluence, Jira, etc.
- Exposure or willing to learn new systems, processes and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and issues across numerous projects in a high paced environment.
- Secondary qualifications and/or 3-5+ years' experience in an administration/support project specialist/coordinator role(s). Tertiary qualifications would be desirable, particularly in Human Resources, Communications/Media, Social Sciences, Arts and/or Business Management/Administration.

Focus of the Role
As a Business Administrator, you will be reporting into the Site Director, you will take ownership of and provide administrative support to our team across a number of areas including events coordination (R&R, All hands, celebrations etc), site visits, onboarding of new team members, (eg coordination of access/ HR requirements) working in with key stakeholders in Telstra India to support broader & integrated event participation and any other administrative support.
This role will take a hand-on approach to enriching the employee experience for all Belongers by taking care of the administrative activity across that facilitates the seamless implementation of a variety of initiatives that will help create a positive work place culture for our people.
Working across Belong, you will create, manage and coordinate key administrative tasks that helps organise and support the centre, reduces friction points, create a seamless environment, speed up responses, and boost overall employee experiences.
