Job summary
We have an opportunity for a Business Administrator to join our Clinical Services Strategy & Transformation team. You will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the team with a proactive and professional approach.
Main duties of the job
In this role you will be provide comprehensive office administration support to the Clinical Services Strategy, Transformation & Performance (CS ST&P) team. Ensuring that records and data relating to Business Planning, Performance Management, Continuous Improvement, and Transformational Change are accurate, kept up to date and reported to appropriate meetings in a timely manner. Ensuring the smooth running of the CS ST&P office and the timely prioritisation of all administrative duties. Acting as a communication channel between the CS ST&P team and other departments including external agencies. Managing the diaries and providing administrative support to senior members of the CS ST&P team i.e. Strategy & Transformation Director Assisting with administrative procedures and prioritisations of the CS ST&P team workload and forward plan. Assisting with the planning and coordination (i.e. minuting) of various meetings and events. Dealing with queries and requests for information from members of the CS ST&P team. Maintaining manual and electronic filing systems. Regularly provides training and support to staff. This position offers hybrid working. You will be required to travel and spend time away from base, which will involve working irregular hours and overnight stays when required, with prior notice.
