      Who we are looking for:

      • The Client Lifecycle Management Team is seeking a skilled and proven Business Analyst, Assistant Vice President to help support the successful design, implementation and user adoption of a new Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Platform as well the management of other existing platforms.

      Why this role is important to us:

      • The new Client Lifecycle Management Platform is expected to significantly transform the way we onboard and offboard our clients, with a goal of creating capacity for our Client Facing teams, while reducing risk and improving cycle times. In addition to the new platform, the team also manages several other systems that will be integrated with the new platform – including the enterprise repository for all client contracts.

      What you will be responsible for:

      • Assess and analyze current state processes across many different functions to determine how best to accommodate within the platform/s
      • Document detailed process flows, requirements and Agile stories to aid developers
      • Organize and lead project design sessions with key stakeholders to determine gaps, challenges and outcomes
      • Present and demo solutions to key stakeholders, often at a senior level
      • Produce training materials, user guides and videos
      • Deliver training to user base
      • Define and design reports and dashboards within the platform/s
      • Provide tier 2 support for the platform – hosting user based working groups to obtain enhancement feedback
      • Continuously identify and lead opportunities for improvement
      • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
      • Report and escalate to management as needed

      • Demonstrated experience working in an environment managing multiple, concurrent deliverables with shifting priorities, demands, and timeline
      • Working knowledge of aspects of the client lifecycle including Fund Setup, AML/KYC, Regulatory and Risk Checks, Contracts, Fee Schedules and Billing
      • Results-oriented ownership mentality and attention to detail and accuracy
      • Experience with report design and development
      • Understanding Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodology – including use of JIRA
      • Familiarity with Appian and Contract/Document Management systems a plus

      Education & Preferred Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or other related field
      • 6+ years proven related experience as a business analyst or comparable role
      • Appian Certifications a plus

      Salary Range:

      $80,000 - $132,500 Annual

      The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
