What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead efforts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Utilize Salesforce expertise to draft comprehensive requirements and execute thorough system testing
- Conduct demos and presentations to showcase product features and gather stakeholder feedback
- Develop comprehensive test cases and execute end-to-end testing to validate system functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or equivalent experience in relevant duties and responsibilities
- 5+ years of work experience in an analysis role within the healthcare industry
- Proven experience in gathering, organizing, and documenting technical and non-technical requirements
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly

- Competency in creating Functional Requirements, File specifications, data mapping, and system migrations
- Knowledge of project management and software delivery methodologies
