      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and refine incident response playbooks to align with high-end automation frameworks
      - Assess existing documentation stored in Confluence and streamline it for efficiency
      - Collaborate with AI engineers to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for playbook optimization and output drafting
      - Develop business requirements and process documentation to facilitate AI-driven automation in security operations
      - Engage with key stakeholders to document and enhance AI-driven automation use cases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, cybersecurity, or AI-driven automation
      - Strong understanding of SOAR, SIEM, and cybersecurity incident response frameworks
      - Experience in documenting and optimizing response procedures and automation workflows
      - Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in security operations
      - Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, and other documentation tools
