What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL to provide actionable insights for digital initiatives
- Benchmark performance across channels and platforms, offering recommendations for growth
- Monitor and report on industry trends to inform the management team
- Elicit reporting requirements and collaborate with Product Owners to ensure successful delivery
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new requests and features
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a Data Analytics/Business Analytics environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics preferred
- Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and writing complex SQL Queries
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot, Power View, and Pivot Tables
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data validation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in gaming analysis is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Power BI reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
