What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and analyze data and business requirements to support strategic initiatives within Revenue Cycle
- Develop process flow diagrams, document policies and procedures, and produce key analytical deliverables
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, including business partners, users, and management leaders
- Facilitate User Acceptance sessions to confirm requirements implementation before deployment
- Lead small to medium-sized projects, developing necessary project management artifacts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 3-4 years of business process or business analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven ability to facilitate relations between business groups and technology departments
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience in Agile methodology and iterative technology development
