      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Operations, IT, and functional areas to resolve open issues and develop corrective action plans
      - Research capabilities of the current JD Edwards system and recommend system configurations
      - Support the complete development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, documentation, design, development, integration testing, and deployment
      - Oversee the timely completion of implementation assignments and keep management informed of project progress
      - Participate in functional and customer facing meetings and present solutions to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.0 (or higher) Workforce Management (WFM) and WorkDay systems
      - 2+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar roles
      - Experience working with companies that have more than 8,000 employees in a back-office support function with a union workforce
      - Excellent data skills with an understanding of relational databases concepts
      - Strong understanding of data workflows and root-cause analysis
