What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, analyze, and document clear, concise, and testable business requirements
- Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings with stakeholders and project teams
- Maintain project backlogs and support Agile ceremonies in collaboration with product owners
- Create as-is and to-be business process models to support product roadmaps
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, architects, developers, and testers to communicate requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT project environments
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and verification processes
- Proficient with Azure DevOps, including creation of epics, features, and user stories
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing product roadmaps and strategic planning
- Bachelor's degree is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of roles and responsibilities across BA, QA, and Development teams
- Skilled in documenting and analyzing as-is/to-be processes and delivering process content
- Familiarity with Agile and project management methodologies
- Proficient in BA tools such as Visio for process mapping and UI mockups
