      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate JAD sessions and gather business and technical requirements
      - Document current and future state processes and system workflows
      - Analyze legislative or policy changes and evaluate system impacts
      - Coordinate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to define test plans and validate results
      - Lead or contribute to audit responses, ADA compliance efforts, and usability evaluations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience as a System/Business Analyst conducting JAD sessions and requirement gathering
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing
      - Minimum 3 years of experience with RDBMS/SQL
      - Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Azure DevOps or TFS workflows
      - Strong understanding of Web Services and application integration
      - Ability to prepare security plans and address risk assessment findings
      - Experience writing use cases, test cases, and evaluating ADA compliance
      - Strong competencies in customer focus, communication, decision-making, planning, and innovation
