What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct project initiation activities to identify problems, gather objectives, and plan for requirements analysis
- Elicit, analyze, and document clear and complete business and functional requirements for new or enhanced applications
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to produce SDLC-compliant requirement documents
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide business representation throughout the development lifecycle
- Create and execute system and manual test plans to verify requirements are met in developed applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive experience in business and systems analysis using SDLC and agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Strong ability to define, document, and communicate requirements and business processes
- Proven success supporting application development, maintenance, and implementation
- Expertise in creating user stories, test cases, and test plans for complex systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with .NET web application development
- Experience documenting requirements in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
