      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the EHR program and collaborate with clinical staff to translate requirements into specifications
      - Conduct business analysis on clinical processes, workflows, and related artifacts
      - Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of EHR solutions, ensuring compliance with project management standards
      - Implement downtime readiness procedures and monitor system performance metrics
      - Lead workgroups and facilitate communication among stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in a Clinical/Health/Bio-Tech environment
      - Proficient in HL7 standards, including Version 2 (V2), Clinical Document Architecture (CDA), and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR)
      - Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, and tracking
      - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in large system implementation and integration
      - Familiarity with health system operations and HIPAA regulations
      - Skilled in process/workflow engineering and analysis, including workflow diagramming and use case documentation
      - Experience with Client project standards and requirements
      - Proficiency in MS Office/365 applications
